MR. CHARLES GUGIN - MEMBER

Mr. Gugin, a Higher Diploma graduate from Kaduna Polytechnic was employed in 1983 after his Youth Service corps. Mr. Gugin has been elevated to the rank of Chief Technical Officer in Charge of Cartographic Section, in the Survey Department.

He is a member of the Plateau Geographic Information System (PLAGIS) Technical Committee, and a pioneer staff of PLAGIS. He was with the Data entering Specialist (DES) and presently deployed to Vectorized Data Entering Specialist (VDES) in the cadastral unit.

Mr. Gugin has served in several adhoc committees both in the Ministry and the State.
