Mr. Lohor is a graduate of Urban and regional Planning from A.T.B. U. Bauchi, and currently undergoing M.sc in Urban and regional Planning, University of Jos.

Mr. Lohor is a Town Planning officer in the department of Town Planning, Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town Planning, Jos.

Mr. Lohor is a member, Technical Committee on Plateau Geographical Information System, and a pioneer staff of Plateau Geographic Information System (PLAGIS) in the Vectorized Data Entering Specialist.
